"Boil" function

Smart and practical function suitable for cooking pasta, rice or other types of side dishes.

After pressing the Boil button, the plate first brings a pre-set volume of water to a rapid boil
then an audible signal will indicate that pasta can be inserted
after inserting the pasta and pressing the Boil button again, the hob automatically reduces the power to the level necessary to maintain a gentle boil (the boiling time can be adjusted according to the type and size of pasta)
when finished, the plate will sound an audible signal to indicate that the pasta is ready
