Cast iron grill plate in red design with a raised edge and with a raised pattern (ribbing) for the type of hobs with horiZone. Made of solid cast iron with an enameled surface, it enables the baking of various dishes on an even surface, for example meat, fish, vegetables or cheese can be prepared. WARNING:
Before first use, rinse the grill plate thoroughly with clean, hot water. We do not recommend using detergents and certainly not abrasive detergents containing microgranules or coarse washing tools such as a wire brush. Use a soft sponge for ideal cleaning. After washing, dry the plate well immediately.
To prepare the inner surface of the dishes for use, thoroughly coat it with pure vegetable oil without added salts and aromas, such as rapeseed or sunflower oil. You can also use solid vegetable oil, which you spread evenly on the inside of the plate. Then let the plate heat up and pour off the excess oil. To achieve the best effect, you can repeat this procedure 2x or 3x.
