horiZone Play with Grill & Plancha function

De Dietrich has developed the horiZone^Play modular system of quality accessories in an effort to expand the possibilities of horiZone induction cooking zone technology. The horiZone^Play induction hobs are available in 90 cm, 80 cm and 65 cm widths and include a luxury wooden cutting board from the Sologne region of France. The cooktop can also be accompanied by a sturdy grill with diagonal ribbing and a plancha grill plate with a perfectly flat surface. Both are made of solid, durable cast iron with excellent thermal conductivity, their size is adapted to the dimensions of the horiZone cooking surface and a designer metal guide on the back of the hob prevents them from moving unintentionally on the hob glass.

The ribbed grill surface is great for traditional home grilling of meat, fish, sausages or vegetables. The plancha grill plate with a flat surface can be used to prepare dishes that do not need much time to cook. For example, mussels or fresh seafood. It is excellent for making pancakes, fritters, omelettes, various types of potato and cereal pancakes or tortillas.
