The Kluge KPI3005BP induction hob, only 30 cm wide, features a black matt ComfortMat glass surface with an ANTI SCRATCH finish and a control panel with red LED backlighting. Two separate 19 x 19 cm cooking zones offer power outputs of 2.0 kW / Boost 2.3 kW / Double Boost 2.6 kW and 1.5 kW / Boost 1.8 kW / Double Boost 2.0 kW. When linked, they form a 19 x 38.5 cm Flex zone with an output of 3.0 kW / Boost 3.2 kW / Double Boost 3.6 kW. Each individual zone has its own smooth power slider and offers 9 power levels. There are 5 cooking functions available: melting, keeping warm, slow cooking, automatic frying in oil and automatic boiling. The equipment also includes Stop & Go pause, a timer for use as a minute minder or automatic switch-off up to 99 minutes, pan detection, child lock, residual heat indicators and automatic safety shut-off.
