The Super Freezing feature is specifically designed for maximum freezer compartment performance. When this function is activated, the freezer increases its freezing capacity to the highest possible level, allowing newly added food to be frozen quickly. This fast freezing is crucial as it ensures that food retains its freshness, nutritional value and declared shelf life by minimising the formation of ice crystals inside the food.

The Super Freezing feature is ideal after you return from shopping when you need to freeze large quantities of food quickly. This feature also ensures that existing foods in the freezer do not increase in temperature due to the addition of hotter foods, which could cause them to partially thaw and lose quality.

On reaching the optimum freezing temperature, the Super Freezing function automatically switches off and the freezer returns to its standard freezing mode, ensuring energy savings and a long life for the appliance.
