1. select the dish in the Chef function menu
2. place the dish in the oven level recommended by the display
3. start cooking

The "Chef" technology, patented by De Dietrich, takes care of everything else with sophisticated algorithms. It sets the appropriate baking type, the ideal baking temperature and the correct cooking time. Thanks to the Perfect Sensor temperature and humidity sensor, the oven constantly monitors the entire baking process and provides feedback to the electronic controller, which continuously adjusts all the baking parameters for an absolutely flawless result.
