With an emphasis on safety

The De Dietrich DPH4840B induction hob places emphasis on a high level of safety during everyday cooking. By limiting the maximum achievable temperature to 300 °C, it minimises the risk of oil ignition. Heated oil remains at a constant temperature that does not continue to rise. In the event of overflow, the cooking zone is automatically deactivated. The residual heat indicator warns of temperatures above 65 °C, helping to prevent burns.
