No Frost

The NO FROST technology provides reliable operation and convenient handling of the refrigerator or freezer without the need for manual defrosting. NO FROST appliances are equipped with active air circulation, which effectively prevents the formation of frost in the form of frozen water droplets inside the appliance.

The evaporator, located in a separate space outside the cooling and freezing section, dries the moist air from inside the refrigerator, and the fans then blow the cool dry air back into the individual sections. This way, moisture is transferred from the food storage area to the outside of the appliance, where it condenses on the evaporator.
