Programmable mode for fully autonomous oven operation

De Dietrich once again pushes the boundaries of possibility and introduces three new ovens equipped with the special Sabbath function. This programmable mode allows the oven to operate completely independently for 25 hours, or even up to 75 hours if needed.

A continuous power supply maintains a constant temperature of 90 °C in the oven, so dishes can be conveniently baked or kept warm without the need to use a thermostat.

The interior lighting remains on throughout, even when the oven door is closed. With the Sabbath function, De Dietrich combines innovation and respect for tradition to offer you even greater flexibility and convenience in cooking.
