Sabat function

With the new oven models with the unique Sabat function, De Dietrich enters a new area of culinary challenges. This autonomous programmable mode allows the oven to operate completely independently for 25 to 75 hours. The oven itself monitors a constant temperature of 90 °C. Food is cooked or kept warm without having to adjust the oven in any way. For better control, the light inside the oven remains on even when the door is closed.
